Smartcity, healthcare, e-education, a touch of green and some thoughts

Don’t play with big D
in french

This is the story of a woman who explodes the tire of her car turning sharp too close to a treacherous sidewalk.
Once in the garage to install a spare tire, it turned out that the flat wheel had become worn out. Therefore, it could have blown anytime and anywhere, either in a bend in town at 20 km /h or on a motorway at more than 100 km/ h.
Usually, this is her husband who takes care of routine maintenance of the car. She had therefore never even checked the wearing of the tires, or even asked if he would actually take care of the car…
What if?

Is it worth saving ten minutes to check or ask if it’s ok instead of playing Russian roulette with the Grim Reaper?
Should we regularly check the trust we have granted ?
Is Destiny really nothing but a concept ?
